She has a gang of criminals at her command. She can usually get hold of at least one thug or piece of illegal and dangerous equipment. (4)
Sometimes a gangster has to talk her way out. A knife has its own charisma. (3)
She doesn't like to do things legally. She feels cramped and nailed down. (1)
